There were various certifications, required by FHA, not typical of this type of transaction. Without being asked to do so, Kelly dug deep into the myriad of FHA rules, regulations, bulletins and handbooks in an attempt to find solutions. In the end, the deal closed, due in no small part to Kelly's research. While being very professional, Kelly is very pleasant and is readily available. If there was a property that didn’t fit my needs she told me so, for instance if the property had a lot of issues they were pointed out to me. Met me at anytime I was available. Kelly did a great job.

We were in the unique position of needing two separate homes at the same time. My husband and I had similar needs but also we were willing to accept different things in our house. I wanted only one floor while my husband was willing to have a basement. The market that existed when we started looking in mid- May was a crazy situation. Houses were on the market for just days and then bids were due. Decisions had to be made almost instantaneously. Also, because we lived 3 hours away, our daughter was our point person for deciding what to visit and what to bid on. There were decisions to be made about location of homes for medical reasons. All of this presented a complex situation that Kelly helped us manage and understand. She was friendly, patient, informative, available, professional and gave good advice in all this craziness. First of all, she gave us a frank evaluation of a strategy for the sale, especially how to prepare the house. She made this very easy by having a contractor available to get the job done in less than a week. A few additional items were done by her husband, again expeditiously. The house went up for sale right after we moved out our furniture. She “staged” the house, something I had never heard of before, by moving in attractive furniture and lighting. We got multiple offers within a week of listing the house and closed the sale in less than a month, for much more than we expected. We recommend her with great enthusiasm.
